Our Vibrant Living 1 day Yoga Wellness Retreat in Hanmer Springs is a perfect day to book individually or to share for couples, girlfriends, mothers and daughters interested in enjoying a relaxing and informative 'truly blissful' uplifting wellness day.
Food lovers will enjoy our homemade organic wholesome and healthy nourishing foods served in our beautiful luxury retreat environment with surround mountain views, bird songs and tranquility. ( We usually serve vegetarian & vegan delights. We are happy to cater to individual dietary requirements on request. ) What is included in this awesome package:

I am a beginner to yoga: Our retreats are a perfect way for beginners to be introduced to the experience of wellbeing induced through the practice of gentle, mindful yoga and guided relaxing meditations. I have practiced Yoga: Our retreats are perfect for those with more yoga practice to gain insights into the essence of yoga and starting a home practice that perhaps can not be translated as well in a bigger yoga class. Note: Yoga sessions are expertly tailored to your level of experience, health conditions and intention for the day. You will receive individual instruction and will be able to ask questions. R&R Full Day Yoga Wellness Retreat Package ~ Relax & Be Inspired
1 Day Yoga Wellness Retreat 10am - 5pm (7 hours), Includes 30 min Massage.
What to bring: Please bring a water bottle that can be refilled, your writing journal if you have one already, and wear comfortable clothing to practice yoga. Layers are best to wear for when you warm up and cool down.
Investment: 1 person inclusive of full package individual yoga tutoring, 60min massage and personal wellness coaching just $399 for 7 hours (Massage can be extended)
2 people booking together just $699 includes 2 x 30min massage
Group Bookings for 3 - 6 people $250 pp ( For group bookings a 30 min Massage or Facial is included each )

- 9.45am: Arrive and complete quick registration form
- 10am-11.30: Yoga Bliss Class, Guided Meditation Session & a Journalling Practice
- 11.30am: Setting intentions for the day
- 12.pm-1pm: 60 min massage before lunch is served
- 1.pm - 2.pm: Shared Lunch & garden walk
- 2.pm - 3.30pm: Discussion on Mind - Body Connection & experiential practices
- 3.30 - 4.30pm: Choose one of the following:
- Yoga Overview ( What is Yoga );
- Learn about Daily Wellness Tools;
- Create a DREAM VISION BOARD to take home
- Discussion on balancing the sacred feminine & masculine energy
- Relationship Coaching
- 4.45pm: Closing circle & day's reflection
- 5pm: Free to depart or enjoy a drink and snack

These are a list of our scheduled retreats, however we do take bookings for private yoga wellness retreats outside of these dates for private bookings and groups.
Vibrant Living's Yoga & Wellness Retreat facilitator
Your retreat facilitator is Vibrant Living Co-director Mary Jo (Mj). She has 15+ yrs experience in yoga and is an advanced teacher plus 10+ yrs in personal development and mindfulness techniques. She is also a qualified massage therapist and trainer, running her own Day Spa for 7+ yrs. She is regarded as a new thought leader and wellness expert for body, mind, emotion, spiritual health and wellbeing.
Mary Jo believes that health and wellbeing is supposed to be natural and it all starts with deeply restorative relaxation to switch on the body's own intelligence to detox, cleanse, purify, heal, restore and return to balance. The Vibrant Living vision is to be a place for people to relax. rejuvenate and restore inner harmony, while experiencing the joy, goodness and pleasure of the wellness lifestyle.
