Today this message is for that part of you that has deep dark thoughts of how to end it all in an attempt to gain some relief. A switching off from the thoughts still left unheard and feelings left unfelt fully alive and truly allowed without judgements, suppression, repression or using ways to numb them out.
Today this is a yessss to your deepest calling to surrender your madness of resistant to the truth of whom and what you truly are. A truth hidden beneath the covers of those identity hats.
Hats that can hold fascinating tales, some gripping and some terrifying stories you wear as your badge of honours that give you the perfect excuses not to change your ways and stay in old patterns of thoughts, beliefs and perceptions of your reality.
Today this is for you whom feel overwhelmed and under whelmed all at the same moment by your life and general living currently on earth.
Today this is a message that you are ok and not as f__ked up or off track as you monkey mind would gladly have you believe or dis-eased body would make you perceive.
Today your heart asks that you soften your ego a little more of its harshness of judgements, quickness to jump to conclusions, holding onto regrets and remorse for a past that has gone and let go the anxiety for a future that has not happened yet.
Today your heart asks that you give up the desperation to resolve your issues with that limiting, confusing, conflicting, doubting and insecure chattering mind of your ego.
Today your heart asks you to let go of control and be more present and honest with your issues ~ traumas ~ unfelt emotions and breath more deeply , feel more freely and allow the moment of now with openness and trust.

You got this, by letting go and letting GODness take over the reins as you drop to your knees metaphorically, losing the will to continue on the old battles of conflict inside and instead dive into your deeper self to discover the wonder and delight of more authentic truths.
Today you live and you die simultaneously without needing to depart your biological human body.
Allow the ego death a thousand times if that is what is required to tame the beast and go in peace.
Today you rise from victimness, desperation and limitations of thoughts into a more expansive perception of possibilities calling your name.

 As I have stated above human awakening is not for the faint hearted and especially for us older souls. We may be wise as a reflection of having lived many incarnations on earth. In that, we can also have much to heal, reconcile and rebalance on behalf of our soul karma. The good news it is happening faster and the bad news it may seem more intense as the quickening of energies on the planet. In order to release the past patterns, traumas and abuses that created limiting thoughts and behaviours and suffering paradigms. We must purge and detox the physically, mental and emotional bodies. The 4 pictures above I took in 2019. Over a few weeks of deep releasing emotionally and physically I was getting cold sores popping up in different parts of my body. In between running retreats at Vibrant Living I had waves of tears and sadness that was been felt and allowed and brought into healing ~ wholeness. I was very fortunate to be very aware of what was happening on a deeper level and to accept and allow it as gracefully as possible with trust and openness. The deep emotional energies flowed forth like a door was opened in my psyche and energy field from my childhood between the years of 3-6yrs old when I lived in two children's homes in Ireland. The coldsores was representative of my body purging the unexpressed anger, frustrations, loss, abandonment and sadness from those times. For 2 - 3 months I trusted the process and allowed my body, emotions and psyche to heal. This is a invaluable part of the awakening process through healing the past and returning to wholeness, compassion and unconditional love within through the re-integrations of fragmented aspects.
