What should I wear?
You'll be fully draped with a towel or sheet throughout your massage. We provide robes and slippers — simply wear comfortable clothing to your appointment.
How should I prepare?
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Avoid a heavy meal in the hour before your treatment, and let us know of any injuries, allergies, or areas to avoid when you arrive.
Can I request a specific pressure?
Absolutely. Adela always checks in before and during your session — communication is welcome at any point. Your comfort is the priority.
What products are used?
We use certified organic aromatherapy oils and professional-grade products throughout. Please let us know of any skin sensitivities at the time of booking.
