On this retreat you have 2 options depending on your preferences. Option 1 you can choose to attend 4 x 90min cooking workshops to learn how to create beautiful plant based meals. Option 2 you can replace the cooking workshops with 3 hours of Day Spa time instead and that can be booked in over your stay yo make it a Nourishing Pampering R&R wellness retreat. That would be a total of 4 hours of Day Spa time to be booked in over your stay as Options 1 & 2 include 1 x 60min massage in the inclusive package offered. More information on this below.
OPTION 1: Join VLR chef Steve in the Kitchen on this 'Nourish Retreat' and learn how to create tasty and easy plant based recipes to integrate into your meal plans. Discover how to make recipes like oat and nut milks , nut butters, coconut yoghurt , yummy salad dressings, fresh juices and smoothies, Acai bowl, homemade GF granola, Vegan Noodles Pai Thai, Raw Caramel and chocolate dessert and more.
OPTION 2 : Nourish Body and Mind with Luxurious Pampering Wellness : Instead of attending the cooking workshops indulge in 4 hours of pampering and relaxing Day Spa treatments. With both options above you get to join Yoga Teacher & Mindfulness Facilitator Mary Jo as she offers 6 x gentle morning and afternoon 60min Movement and Mindfulness sessions over this retreat to build strength and flexibility. These sessions will allow you to deepen into delightful self awareness; cultivating greater harmony, calm and ease as you enhance the balance naturally of your body, mind and soul. From this state of deepening awareness, relaxation, peace and well-being, your taste buds and nervous system will be ready to digest and assimilate all the nourishing goodness from your plant based meals with gratitude, enjoyment and inspiration for all future meals.
