
When someone speaks from the preconceived ideas and presentation of carefully designed persona’s with its agenda of communications from the mental mind construct ( more left brain ) , it has little energy and usually will leave you feeling flat ( unenergised ) , frustrated ( even angry ) , confused, powerless and disenchanted.
Why is this ?
Because the heart carries a powerful electro magnetic field of energy ( the torus field ) . These are carrier waves of frequencies not unlike musical tones that transmit a vibrational energy that directly communicates with another persons heart and cells. You feel it , the resonances !
This is why it is so important to take time to be with oneself and to make friends with ones ability to feel again in your body and discern your own feelings from that of others.
The language and sense of feeling is our greatest biofeedback system we have that communicate to us from the environment outside of us and within us.
At a young age for most of us we get educated to negate our own feelings and this creates a deep distrust of the natural self. Instead we learn to take in information from the people around us ( parents / care givers / friends / older siblings / teachers etc ) and align with their truth rather than trust our self and the truth we feel. Of course we must learn and grow and be guided. However for true confidence one must know and trust ones own inner truth to navigate ones life successfully.
Over many years we become more and more disconnected from the natural biofeedback system of the body and environment. Instead of going there for our discerning of communications , we get trained ( educated ) to go tap into the developing filling system of information which gets inputted into the left brain over many years and from many books for a understanding of truth not so unlike a computer hard drive system.
The issue with this , is that it is not going to be our clarity of truth in any now moment. It is going to be someone else’s that we made as our higher truth. A opinion of truth from another time that may be completely unrelated and even unhelpful in the bigger sense to what is occurring in the present moment. Consider for example ‘worrisome thoughts’ as one of the most unhelpful and stress producing tools for dealing with daily life.
We learn to overlay a past moment of educated understanding ( learnt thoughts and behaviour ) into a present moment instead of actually having the natural capacity to be attuned to the bodies biofeedback system to discern what resonances with our own deeper awareness of our own truth beyond just mental thoughts ( left brain analysis ~ computing ). Of course it is wonderful to utilise the left brain linear analysis processing and qualifying of information to support the expression and strategic actions which aligns with your own inner truth compass .
This in today’s world is what is creating so much confusion, overwhelm, anxieties and depression. People have become so disconnected from themselves and their own inner truth compass .
The fact is most people don’t actually trust themselves and would rather hand over that responsibility to a so called expert with letters after their name instead to tell them their truth; how to think and how to feel. i.e. there is a good reason why marketing company’s invest billions and trillions of dollars on behalf of big corporation branding into advertising campaigns world wide ... because it works !!!
You can do all the research in the world about any topic and it can be helpful , however what does your heart and gut ( solar plexus ) ultimately tell you about a given situation or what step to take next in your life ?
A Truth will always feel lighter and brighter ( expansive ) . A lie will always feel heavier and darker ( contracted ) . The trick is to tune in and then to trust and that is the most challenging for us humans.
This is the bigger issue of our world. People are trained out of trusting themselves at a young age.
How to remedy this situation ? It really is simply and yet the mind will come up with a million and one reasons and distractions not to do it.
- Spent time with yourself and get to know you again, befriend you; body, mind, feelings, spirit and consciousness.
- Slow down and Spent time in nature. Take moments to listen to the birds and look at the trees the colours , the shapes , the textures , the leaves , feel the sun on your face and gentle wind on your skin etc
- Get your feet barefoot on the ground and feel the earth below your feet
- Discover a form of prayer and mediation that works for you. Prayer is where you set a clear intention of what you are aligning with NOW and meditation is opening up space in your life and mind to receive ( magnetise ) more good. As humans we are usually for the most part better at giving than we are at allowing ourselves to truly receive. We have been trained in so many ways that we have to earn our worth, love and living.
- Declutter mental thoughts : journal down your thoughts no matter what they are or however silly , depressed , angry or manic. Get them out of going round and round your head . You will discovered underneath them there is way more clarity, peace, comfort and ease.
- Move your body to get the energy moving and pent up tensions, anger, stagnation’s and anxieties released : Walk , run , bike , yoga , hike , dance , laugh
