Steve is making toasted granola for breakie buffet for tomorrow for 12 ladies staying tonight on hens celebrations 🎉 booked in on a Girls Spa Escape package.

Recipe raw chocolate.
* raw cocao powder 1/3 to 1/2 of cocao butter depending on taste
* cocao butter
* to sweeten - mix of organic real maple syrup & stevia , works brilliantly 😁
* flavour - doTerra pure grade essential oils . My fav to use in chocolates is 1. Citrus Bliss 2. Peppermint 3. Wild orange 🍊
Inside chocie’s I add a mix of home made almond butter ( made by Steve in processor ) & honey or if vegan use maple syrup.
I don’t measure ingredients, it is a creative project for me & I taste test lots and kinda make it up as I go ... all part of the fun 😋 ! Google for lots of great simple organic raw chocolate recipes with measurements 👍
Inside bounty bar
* Shredded coconut
* Melded Coconut oil
* Vanilla essence
* Maple syrup
Mix all ingredients in a bowl , then place in a tray , pat down tightly , then place in the freezer for 30mins. Then take out & cut into bars to be dipped in melted chocolate mix, then place back in freezer for another 20min or 30 min. Place in fridge to snack on when that bounty chocie feeling takes over . If you would like them to be more chocie tasting then do a second dip in melted chocie & place back in freezer etc
Chocolate covering is the same as above , just use organic vanilla essential oil instead of other essential oils .
