Our Blog is a resource for us at Vibrant Living to share the good news, news; that which supports our human empowerment, V.L. updates and wellness inspirations to seed new possibilities, insights, hope and connections.

Most of all we intend to share the good vibes that enhance living a vibrantly empowered and creative life in body-mind-spirit.

Vibrant Living is our dream vision coming to life and it is our greatest honour and joy to have the capacity to offer our wellness services in our beautiful retreat sanctuary in the alpine village of Hanmer Springs, New Zealand.

We acknowledge we are living in some of the most wondrous and crazy years on planet earth. Years that are proving themselves to be years of great changes, life transitions and transformations. Years that at times will challenge each one of us individually and collectively to dive deeper to the very core of us, with the aim to crack open our hearts, release the past and reveal something new and liberating.

We are each in so many different ways being challenged to review our understandings of life as we thought we knew it; uncover our highest values and core beliefs about ourself and our place, direction and purpose within this life.

However in the midst of the challenges, chaos, stressful living, over whelm, anxieties, daily pressures and shocks to the body-mind-emotional system is a great opportunity to grow in ways beyond anything we have realised. Hence the wellness industry if one of the fasting growing industries on the planet as more and more people want to empower there health, fitness, vitality and general well being.

" When things seem to be falling apart, what if they are actually falling together " .

At Vibrant Living we are here to be of support to those that resonant as a bridge of authentic light; lighting up with care, vibrancy and compassion the opportunities to release the old daily habits and paradigms that does not work anymore or are simply outdated in our modern world that is in fact birthing a new cosmic 26,000 year cycle of energies and vibrations onto our planet earth. There is a much bigger picture to current events and we are each being asked to play our unique and relevant parts.

We are in a new galactic cycle in which humanity is being encouraged to co-create a new template of living that restores personal empowerment, harmonious living, innate abundance and sustainable wellness in body, mind, emotions and spirit.

It is a great paradigm shift and a very rewarding one for those who choose to open to the new possibilities and make heart centred & gut guided choices with trust being redeemed in ones own life guiding source once more to follow ones passions, purpose and joy.

Vibrant Living just happens to be ours and we feel blessed each and every day to embrace this beautiful gift of life and be of divine service to this glorious life we are co-creating.
