Q: What do you most need currently to support your life ?
If you could consider and answer this in 4 ways.
You can choose to do two lists one for your own personal self and then a optional second one to focus on the needs of others.
“ you can only help others sustainably to the degree you can help yourself sustainably “
Break it down into 4 sections or paragraphs.
If is time to become more clear on your own needs and that of one another so that we can receive more support where required most.
Thank you for taking a moment to consider your response and writing it down.
The vibrational universe responds to clarity and clearness of focus within your thoughts, words and actions.
In knowing clearly what you don’t want, helps you to become much more clear on what you really do want to experience.
Consider your responses in the positive focus of what you really do want and are ready to now receive more and more of into your life and for those around you.
For example experiencing a illness and feelings of exhaustion and intense discomfort in body - mind - emotions makes one simultaneously really desire and appreciate greater vitality, well-being, calm, peace, connection and balance.
If you can focus on the path of least resistance to your current circumstances and start working towards that which supports your well-being with better feeling thoughts and emotions, instead of focusing on the sickness and feeling of lack and regrets all day.
Then before long you will notice as you think more and more better feeling thoughts about yourself and your life and body etc you begin to relax into the journey with more trust and openness and acceptance and less and less resistance, worries and doubts. You open yourself to learning new sustainable well-being and lifestyle knowledge and start getting more inspired about the possibilities available. You start to move away from that which brings you down and move more towards towards that which lifts you up.
You even get excited at the real potentials for how things will begin to change in your life; with new thoughts , new lifestyle habits and the discovery of how you can respond to life circumstances instead of reacting unconsciously out of a primal fear for survival and a old habit of worry for the future.
All you really have to do is focus on and commit to that next step and then the next and the next.
Before long you are feeling more steady on a path that is enhancing your life instead of depleting you.
Yesssss , You are worthy of this.
If your thoughts are full of all the things you don’t want, then I advise before you do the above list to first Empty out your mind of those thoughts by writing them all down before you do a second list as per my invitation and instructions above.
Emptying your mind of what you don’t want.
Write down Question A: What am I now ready to release from my life experiences; from my thoughts, beliefs , body, mind and emotions ; from my inner speak and conversation with others ( everything that brings you down and makes you feel powerless and helpless , unworthy , lacking , everything you are so genuinely done with ) .... you fill in the gaps.
Write and write until you empty them out of your head ( old hard drive ) and make room for the clarity of writing your second list of what you are now ready to receive more of into your experience in body , mind, emotions and spirit. ( uploading the newest latest available hard drive so too speak ) .
