How do I book a massage or spa treatment?

You can book online instantly at vibrantliving.co.nz/spa-booking, call us on +64 3 315 7429, or email info@vibrantliving.co.nz. We are open Monday to Sunday, 9am to 8pm.

What massages do you offer in Hanmer Springs?

We offer a full range of massage treatments including full body fusion massage, deep tissue therapeutic massage, hot stone massage, couples massage, luxury couples massage, Indian head massage, reflexology, pregnancy massage, back neck and shoulder massage, and holistic relaxation massage. How long are the spa treatments?

Treatment times vary. Most massages are 45–90 minutes. Pampering packages range from 90 minutes to 3 hours. The Alpine Renewal Ritual is a full 4–5 hour journey. The Divine Bliss Half Day Package is approximately half a day.

Do you use organic products?

Yes — we use certified NZ organic products across all of our beauty and body treatments. We are committed to gentle, plant-based ingredients that nourish both skin and spirit.

Can I book a couples massage?

Yes! We offer side-by-side couples massage in our double treatment room. We also offer a Luxury Couples Massage (90 minutes) and a range of couples pampering packages. View couples massages →

Do you offer gift vouchers for spa treatments?

Staying with Us

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request — just let us know when booking.

Is there parking at Vibrant Living?

Yes, there is a dedicated guest carpark on-site at 88 Rippingale Road, Hanmer Springs.

Do you serve breakfast?

Yes, we offer a delicious 2-course organic breakfast for NZ$40 per person, available as an add-on when booking your accommodation.

Is the Alpine Spa Villa adults only?

Yes, the Alpine Spa Villa is for adults only — couples or solo guests. It is not suitable for children.

Is the Three Bedroom Villa pet friendly?

Yes! The Three Bedroom Villa is pet friendly. Please let us know when booking that you will be bringing a pet. A cot and high chair are also available on request.

Do in-house guests get special rates on spa treatments?

Yes! As an in-house guest you receive exclusive special rates on spa treatments. You will receive an email with your discount code upon booking — simply apply it when reserving your treatments.
