Our experienced instructors work closely with you to design a customized yoga session that addresses your specific preferences, abilities, and areas of focus.

Whether you're a beginner looking to establish a strong foundation, an experienced yogi seeking to deepen your practice, or someone with specific health concerns, our personalized sessions are designed to help you achieve balance, strength, and inner peace.


This relaxing and fun session can be booked for 1 person and up to 8pp sharing.

Recommended length of session is 75 or 90min.

$155 per 60min for the whole group

$185 for 75'

$220 for 90'

*Lesson can be combined with breathwork, meditation, cacao ceremony or sharing circle on request.


We provide all equipment needed - yoga mats, bolsters, yoga blocks, blankets, eye pillows.


Tailored made classes for all levels and age groups.


We also offer off-site sessions in your own venue in Hanmer Springs.
